OK we need 2 get real

We are all clearly thinking bout putting the ranks into effect, but come on, we need 2 come up with REAL names for the ranks and stop playing with indian names. we want to have fun sure but we also want people to respect us and know we mean business and are seriouse

We should try 2 get this set up now b4 we are all stressed out about it later
